- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
- Every order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow it along the way by pasting the tracking code into tracking portal.
- We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard Delivery method ONLY. Orders shipping to P.O. Using ePacket, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and the fastest available service. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.
- Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
- * Note*: During sales or peak seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas), shipping speeds can be delayed past the stated ones. Please note that the shipping speed is only an estimate, we do not have control of any carrier-related delays.

We have multiple factories in Vietnam, China and the United States. Please read the description of the product carefully to know the shipping time.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

We only allow order modification within 24 hours of payment.

I WANT TO ADD MORE PRODUCTS TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED.
We cannot change an order after you’ve placed it to add more items and charge you for them. You can either place a new order with the additional products you desire or you cancelled your existing order (you will get refunded for it) and placed a new one with all the products you want.

MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED, HOWEVER I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ADDRESS.
Please get in touch with us right away to change the shipping address on your order if you just placed it a few hours ago.
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has left our warehouse because we strive to ship items as quickly as possible.
If you have a USPS tracking link, however, make sure you check the Forward Mail service on USPS’ website and see if you can schedule to have the package delivered to a different address.

Please check your SPAM email for any order notifications from us. Sometimes they get flagged under the “Updates”, “Promotions” or “Social” tab as well.

You can try searching your email for this sender and you should be able to find the order confirmation.
You can also whitelist our email address in order to solve any problems with our messages going into your spam folder.

We ship to more than 200 countries (United States US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, etc…), and you can enjoy on all items sold on the Store.
CUSTOM DUTIES, TAX AND CHARGES
Custom Duties, Tax, and charges are not included in our price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

In the rare situation, it may take up to 7-10 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments). Sometimes the tracking code is also unavailable if the package is traveling through sorting centers. Please be patient as you have our 30 day+ buyer protection program here
