1. We understand that sometimes customers may need to modify or cancel their orders. We offer the following conditions for order modification/cancellation:

Customers have the right to modify/cancel their orders within 24 hours of successfully placing the order.
After 24 hours, any request to cancel or change the order will not be accepted as the order will have been locked for processing and sent to the carrier.

2. How to modify/cancel an order? Follow these steps:

Prepare the required information, including the order email, order number (provided by Angelidecor in the order confirmation email), and specific requirements for modifying or cancelling the order.
Send the request with the above information to support@designfullprint.com, with the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].

3. Refunds for cancelled or modified orders:

We will process and respond as soon as possible, with a maximum turnaround time of 2 business days from receiving your email.

The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days. However, it’s important to note that some banks may take longer to process the refund.
