At our mouse mat website, we value customer satisfaction. That’s why most of our items are covered by a 30-day refund policy.
If your product is faulty or damaged, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed. To initiate the return process, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and include it on the shipping label. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your return claim.
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. We advise recording the unboxing process to expedite support.
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
– Please note that refunds are only applicable for faulty or damaged items, and we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
– We can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like personal preferences, including changes in size after receiving the correct size from your order, material or color dissatisfaction. However, we’re glad to offer you a discount code for future purchases.
– We don’t accept refund requests due to package loss if we have provided you with a shipping label confirming package delivery to the address you provided.
Additional non-returnable items:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank. There is often a processing time involved before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
