WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subjected to a 5-7 day production period before they are dispatched.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. You can then follow the package by pasting tracking code in our tracking portal.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Standard Shipping Times, except minor delays from carriers:
- USA: 10-25 Days
- CA/UK/AUS: 14-25 Days
- Rest of World: 25+
Be aware to add up the production time too if you need to receive it for special events.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
We have multiple factories in China and United States. Please read the decsription of the product carefully to know the shipping time.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

We only allow order modification within 24 hour since payment.

CUSTOM DUTIES, TAX AND CHARGES
Custom Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We provide tracking numbers for all orders. You can track your order in our tracking portal here
In the rare stituation, it may take up to 7-10 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments). Sometimes the tracking code is also unavailable if the package is travelling through sorting centers. Please be patient as you have our 30 day+ buyer protection program here:
